In accordance with the approved e-commerce system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in our keenness to satisfy our customers, we clarify the replacement and return policy as follows: First: Replacement cases • The customer has the right to request a replacement of the product in case of a manufacturing defect or technical malfunction resulting from manufacturing. • If the defect is partial or minor and does not warrant replacing the entire machine, only the damaged part will be replaced or repaired. • The product will be examined by the specialized technical team to determine the type of defect and the appropriate procedure according to the condition of the product. Second: Return cases • The customer has the right to return the product within 7 days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the e-commerce system, provided that: ◦ The product is in its original condition. ◦ It has not been used in a way that affects its condition. • The customer is not entitled to return the product if the defect is due to misuse, negligence, or incorrect installation. Third: Exceptions • Custom-made or specially ordered products are not subject to return, and dealings with them are limited to warranty against manufacturing defects only. • The policy does not include damages caused by external factors or third-party interference. Fourth: Request mechanism • The customer must contact us within the validity period and provide photos or a video showing the problem. • The request will be processed within a suitable time frame according to the e-commerce system.
